for Mattress Care
Don't forget that to care for the mattress as much as possible, the following must also be observed:
• The support of a mattress depends on the base on which the mattress rests. Choose orthopedic crates, wooden boards or a substrate to achieve this.
• Change the side of your mattress at regular intervals (every 3 to 6 months, this interval is defined by the manufacturer depending on the mattress we have). The correct change is the criss-cross, i.e. upside down and feet on the head. In this way we change the pressure points and do not burden our mattress. With this change (if our mattress is new,
(its materials are fresh and taking shape) we add wear time to our mattress.
• Use a protective cover to keep it clean.
• Do not install in places where there is a risk of moisture.
• The mattress cannot be washed, ironed, or steam cleaned. The only way to clean it is by using a vacuum cleaner.
• Do not fold or bend your mattress. To transport it, make sure it is in an upright position.
If the above is observed, the mattress will take care of you and provide a good sleep for many years. However, it is possible that our mattress, with the care we will give it at the end of the year, may look new on the outside, but still need to be replaced. When we feel unevenness on the surface, we hear squeaks, we see its materials starting to fray and most importantly, when a mattress no longer gives us rest (you wake up with numb extremities, minor discomfort in the middle) then it's time to change it.
WARRANTY
Provided care instructions are followed correctly. What is covered under this warranty? The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase of the product for three to five years depending on the type of mattress and the presence of proof of this. The warranty covers the possible failure of materials that cannot be controlled in the manufacturing process. Our company will examine your mattress and if the defect is found, we will repair the problem or, if it cannot be repaired, replace it. The only charge is shipping.
What is not covered by this warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse of the mattress, lack of cleanliness, humidity in our space (our room, the bed). As well as any other kind of accidents. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
